Role Description The Vice President of Administrative Planning is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing administrative planning processes and supporting organizational strategy. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining administrative plans, analyzing operational data, and preparing recommendations to improve efficiency and resource allocation. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, reviewing financial and operational reports, and aligning administrative initiatives with long-term goals. The Vice President will also help establish policies and procedures, support budget development from an administrative perspective, and ensure that planning efforts are documented, communicated clearly, and updated regularly. This position requires regular virtual meetings with stakeholders and proactive coordination across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to design, implement, and refine administrative initiatives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions.
- Proven experience in administrative leadership, operations management, or a similar senior planning role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial.
- Experience with planning and reporting tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative software platforms.
