We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Eyecare Manager to lead our team and drive continued growth across both optical and aesthetic services.<br><br>

<strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the practice consistently meets sales, service, and patient care goals. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for patient experience, and the ability to integrate and grow both eyecare and aesthetic service offerings.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and manage staff to ensure high performance, accountability, and a positive team culture</li>
<li>Drive sales performance, including optical sales of high-end designer frames and lenses, as well as aesthetic services</li>
<li>Train and guide team members on effectively cross-selling eyecare and aesthetic services to enhance patient outcomes and revenue</li>
<li>Ensure the team meets and exceeds service and sales deadlines</li>
<li>Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and overall office efficiency</li>
<li>Manage insurance processes and optimize profitability, including understanding reimbursements and billing practices</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and secure handling of patient and credit card information</li>
<li>Supervise pretesting procedures and ensure clinical readiness</li>
<li>Oversee inventory, merchandising, and presentation of luxury eyewear collections</li>
<li>Develop and execute social media strategies to promote both optical and aesthetic services and increase patient engagement</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the office at all times</li>
<li>Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish </li>
<li>Proven experience in people management and team leadership</li>
<li>Strong background in optical sales, customer service, and practice operations</li>
<li>Experience with aesthetic services (e.g., skincare, cosmetic treatments, or medspa environments) required</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to successfully cross-sell aesthetic and healthcare services</li>
<li>Experience working with high-end or luxury retail products preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of insurance billing and strategies to maximize profitability</li>
<li>Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and credit card processing procedures</li>
<li>Experience with pretesting equipment and workflows</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and operational goals</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Experience with social media marketing for business growth</li>
