 We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy professional to join our Security Operations Center as a SOC Optimization & Data Coordinator. This hybrid role blends data analysis, alarm optimization, and technical configuration to enhance the performance and accuracy of our AI surveillance systems. You’ll turn data into actionable insights, streamline operational processes, and directly support onboarding and service excellence initiatives. 

 

This position is required to be in-office in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze complex datasets using Excel and reporting tools to uncover trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
  • Optimize AI analytics to reduce false alarms and increase operational efficiency. 
  • Manage site conversions to align with AI standards and system upgrades.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Research account activity to identify and minimize unnecessary alarm triggers.

System Configuration & Monitoring

  • Configure alarm monitoring protocols and AI analytics.
  • Maintain and update Immix monitoring platform settings.
  • Support SOC operations during evening shifts to ensure issue resolution and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions from setup to live monitoring.

Onboarding Support & Backup Responsibilities

  • Serve as backup to the Onboarding Specialist with deep understanding of SOC processes and installation requirements.
  • Participate in calls with PM, Sales, and Customers to review camera views and recommend optimal configurations.
  • Lead client presentations and trainings via Teams or similar platforms.
  • Conduct post go-live calls to assess, recommend, and implement operational improvements.
  • Process adds, moves, and changes for customer contracts, including pricing collaboration and DocuSign creation.
  • Stay informed on EyeQ’s full suite of offerings—including VSA—and ensure consistent onboarding standards.

Requirements

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 1+ year experience in security systems, monitoring, or data analytics.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • Technical aptitude for provisioning and monitoring software (training provided).
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with security cameras, VMS platforms, or Immix configuration.
  • Exposure to AI analytics and system optimization.
  • Technical support or project management experience.
  • Customer-facing communication or training background.
