Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our corporate partnerships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for MantraCare's wellness programs. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and corporate networking events. Sales & Client Acquisition: Qualify leads, present MantraCare's wellness solutions, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships. Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns effectively. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive consistent business growth. End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth service delivery. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Reporting & Market Insights: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and industry trend analyses for management review. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. Requirements Education: MBA or equivalent master's degree in business administration. Experience: 4-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or service industries. Proven Sales Success: Strong track record of lead generation, securing partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with industry trends. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
