QA Engineer Work From Home Job (full time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our remote team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our applications through manual and/or automated testing. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates looking to grow their career in software testing. Responsibilities: Understand requirements, create test cases, and execute manual/automated tests. Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues. Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve software quality. Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing as needed. Participate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Continuously improve test processes and contribute to QA best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 0 to 4 years of experience in QA or software testing. Familiarity with testing concepts like SDLC, STLC, test case design, defect lifecycle. Basic understanding of manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus). Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, etc. (based on experience). Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.). API testing using Postman or similar tools. Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
