EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS) – People Consulting (PC) – SAP/Systems Implementation Learning Senior Consultant 1/2 Managing the global workforce in today's fast changing and highly disrupted environment is becoming increasingly complex. The opportunity We are looking for Instructional Design Senior Consultants with expertise in System Implementation/SAP projects to join the GDS PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team. Your key responsibilities Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc) Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain Skills and attributes for success Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive Extremely sharp attention to detail Great stakeholder management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity High energy levels, agility and adaptability Ability to comprehend new content and topics across different domains Open to travel for client projects that are approved as per EY and country specific travel advisory guidelines To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc. Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines Effective writing skills (grasp and command over English) Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles Experience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: Web-based learning, Videos, Interactive PDFs, Webcasts, Podcasts, nano-learnings, VILT Ability to review learning deliverables developed by others Ability to develop learning estimations and proposals Excellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platforms Ideally, you'll also have Experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacy Proven project management experience to take digital learning from concept to delivery Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System What we look for Learning experts in the SAP/SI domain with commercial acumen, relevant experiences and high degree of enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment Knowledge and experience of working in a cross-cultural setup
