As part of our service line, you will provide advisory services to our clients from various sectors. Therefore, you will be an integral part of the team, meaning that everything you do will have a direct impact on the quality of the service we provide to our clients, helping to evaluate and optimize their business. What you can expect You will have an impact on this team from the start, by managing tasks to support the work of our clients and thus maintain the high quality in the delivery of our services. This means that, when starting a project, you will research client data, manage documentation and perform data analysis, ensuring that you reach conclusions from analyses that benefit the client. As part of this, you will interact extensively with clients, contributing to interviews and presentations, as well as writing reports, managing data analytics, and supporting the team from a business development perspective. People Consulting Intern: Academic Background - Students from the 7th cycle of Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers. Experience - Desirable experience in Specialized Consulting on Talent and Organizational Change issues for cultural change and modeling. Responsibilities - Knowledge of "people centricity". - Reimagine, co-build and drive consulting initiatives and interventions in talent management and change to collaborate with the purpose and objectives of the project. - Support the development of transformation consulting solutions with a human sense. Competencies - Empathy and personal leadership. - Understanding of the organizational and business environment. - Focus on value contribution. - Effective and assertive communication. - Flexibility and adoption of change. - Collaborative teamwork. Language - Advanced English Computer Skills - Intermediate to advanced level management of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
