Manager or Senior Manager-Enablon Implementation Consultant-Climate Change & Sustainability Services

Responsibilities: As an Enablon Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Enablon, a leading sustainability and environmental, health and safety (EHS) software solution. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure the Enablon platform to meet those needs, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities include: - Conducting client workshops to gather requirements and design the Enablon solution - Configuring the Enablon platform to meet client needs, including data models, workflows, reporting, and integrations - Developing custom Enablon applications and extensions as needed - Providing end-user training and support - Collaborating with the broader EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services team to deliver a comprehensive solution to clients - Participating in pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and presenting solutions to prospective clients Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in sustainability, EHS, or software implementation - Strong understanding of sustainability and EHS concepts and best practices - Proficient in configuring and customizing the Enablon platform - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the professional services industry is preferred - Travel within Canada and the US may be required, up to 50%
