Job Description: Company Name EY Position Junior Data Analyst Qualifications Bachelor's/ Master's degree Batch Recent Batches Experience Freshers/ Experienced Location PAN India Key Responsibilities: - Perform hands-on data manipulation using Python and Pandas to import, cleanse, and transform accounting datasets. - Develop efficient Python scripts to automate data cleaning and reconciliation processes. - Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate with various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs. - Apply data analysis techniques to interpret accounting data and generate actionable insights. - Conduct reconciliations between tax data, accounting data, and financial statements to ensure accuracy. - Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate analytical findings. - Participate in team meetings and document technical processes for future reference. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. - At least one year of practical experience in Python programming, with the ability to demonstrate proficiency through: - Portfolio projects involving real-world data manipulation using Pandas. - Code samples showcasing expertise in DataFrames, data cleaning, and analysis. - Proficiency in Pandas, including DataFrame operations, dataset merging, groupby aggregations, and practical data cleaning techniques. - Working knowledge of SQL queries and relational database concepts. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures. - Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
