You will learn on the job daily from more experienced professionals in our team Your Key Responsibilities Play a key role in the shaping and design of innovative AI solutions to provide for our clients, from feasibility assessment, to data preparation, solution development and preparing industrialization in production environment; Keep up with the state-of-the-art AI capabilities, open-source and proprietary, undertake proof-of-concepts, and design innovative AI Solutions; Support transformation processes towards an AI centric culture and work closely together with colleagues from other business departments, in domains such as risk management, business optimization and customer intelligence. Your Profile You are strongly motivated to become an excellent AI professional; You are on-track for a master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; You are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and your coding skills are on point whether it's in Java, Python, R, SAS, SPSS etc.; You are ready to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team; Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with proficient level of business English; Good communication skills; A global mindset, and the drive to work in international teams; Eager to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond; Available to start in September 2024 or February 2025.
