The opportunity We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing GDS Consulting - AI and DATA - Gen AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex, integrated solutions to our clients using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Data Science capabilities. You will be involved in all aspects of the solution delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment. Your key responsibilities • Gather and analyze client requirements, design effective solutions, and drive the implementation of AI and Data Science-based solutions • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, software developers, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions • Develop and optimize AI models and algorithms to address complex business problems • Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and Data Science trends and technologies and recommend new approaches to drive innovation • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and manage expectations • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in pre-sales activities, thought leadership, and training Skills and attributes for success • Strong technical skills in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science • Experience in building and deploying production-ready AI solutions • Expertise in one or more programming languages (Python, R, Java, etc.) • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools (SQL, NoSQL, Spark, etc.) • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies What we look for We're interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay informed on the very latest developments in their field.
