The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Manager with a strong background in the insurance domain and extensive knowledge of traditional ETL tools. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data warehousing architecture and hands-on experience with various ETL tools, including Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, SAP BODS, and Talend. Your key responsibilities Lead and manage Guidewire implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and implement ETL processes using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, SAP BODS, and Talend. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data warehousing and ETL processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and ETL. Skills and attributes for success Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-11 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL processes. Strong background in the insurance domain. Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, SAP BODS, and Talend. Excellent understanding of data warehousing architecture and best practices. Proven leadership and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To qualify for the role, you must have Experience with Guidewire implementation projects. Knowledge of additional ETL tools and technologies. Certification in relevant ETL tools or data warehousing technologies.
