As a full-time Senior Associate with EY Parthenon, you will work closely with client leadership teams on projects that address their most critical business challenges and opportunities. You will develop and apply advanced analytical skills to build robust business cases, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver insights that create lasting value for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: • Participating in all aspects of client engagements, from problem definition to final delivery, applying advanced analytical and quantitative techniques• Gathering and analyzing large data sets, identifying key insights, and developing recommendations to drive client impact• Collaborating with multifunctional teams to synthesize complex information and create structured, persuasive client deliverables• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery• Developing strong client relationships and demonstrating EY Parthenon's value proposition• Contributing to practice and business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and participation in business pursuits To qualify for the role you must have:• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or other strategic advisory role• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with experience leveraging data to drive business insights• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to structure complex problems• Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to excellence in client service• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
