The role of IT Infrastructure –Cloud and DevOps Engineer is a specialist role and involve the following roles and responsibilities: Architect, deploy, and manage services on one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency. Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Good hands-on experience on deploying, configuring and troubleshooting of Kubernetes environment (on premise/cloud) Experience on deploying microservices applications on K8s clusters Develop reusable infrastructure modules and ensure consistent deployment across environments. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Argo CD, or Azure DevOps. Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes. Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployment. Manage container lifecycle, including image builds, deployments, and scaling. Write, test, and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks. Develop automation scripts to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention. Implement monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud-native services. Set up logging and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to improve the development and deployment processes. Implement and manage security best practices for cloud infrastructure and applications. Good hands-on experience on configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.). Good to have experience on OpenShift. Good communication and verbal skill
