Data & AI Engineering Internship

EY is hiring for the role of Data & AI Engineering Intern! Responsibilities of the Intern: Design and develop AI and Generative AI, AI Agents based custom solutions for our service delivery teams Work with other team members to implement and deploy generative AI systems into production. Monitor and manage generative AI systems in production to ensure that they are meeting performance and reliability requirements. Develop and implement best practices for building, deploying, and managing generative AI systems. Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in generative AI and apply new knowledge to our work. Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative generative AI solutions. Define and implement best practises for software development Requirements: BE – B. Tech / (IT/ Computer Science/ Circuit branches) Should have secured 60% and above Should have an understanding and experience of Data science and Machine Learning using Python. Hands on coding experience in Python Experience with a variety of AI agents, generative AI models and techniques. Experience with deep learning models such as transformers. Experience with prompt engineering and Machine Learning optimization Experience with computer vision and Natural Language Processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS Desired to have knowledge on any of container technology such as Docker Should be able to work with a multi culture global teams and team virtually Should be able to build strong relationship with project stakeholders Hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Analytics Hands-on experience in data warehouse or data lake development Experience in handling data in datastores Azure SQL/ T- SQL /SQL DW Experience in working with various types of data sources – flat files, JSON, DBs etc. Ability to build workflows and pipelines in Azure synapse analytics Fair knowledge of Spark, Python Fair knowledge on Data Warehousing and ETL concepts Experience in CI/CD, build automations for deployment Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills Should have understanding and/or experience of software development best practices and software development life cycle Internship in a relevant technology domain will be an added advantage Ability to design database architecture required for dashboards Good knowledge about Power BI, DAX, SQL Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications in SQL Good knowledge on statistical visualization techniques like charts, pivots, and their purposes Knowledge of RDBMS and data analytics platforms Understanding of testing and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent proactive communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Microsoft Power BI certifications preferred
