AI Developer - Manager - A&I - Financial Services - Consulting - NYC, Charlotte, Dallas

As an AI Developer Manager, you will provide advanced-level development capabilities to create and enhance AI-driven solutions and products. You will work closely with both the data science and engineering teams to build robust AI models and productionize them. You will also work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and devise AI-powered solutions to address them. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Leveraging your strong technical skills to architect, design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning models and solutions - Collaborating with data scientists to build and optimize AI models, and with engineering teams to productionize these models - Identifying opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to solve client business problems - Translating business requirements into technical solutions and prototypes - Driving the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment and monitoring - Providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise on AI and machine learning to client stakeholders - Mentoring and developing more junior team members - Keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in AI and machine learning
