AEM Content Author

Looking for an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Content Author to join our growing Client Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing content on the client's Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintaining and updating existing web content in AEM including text, images, videos and other web assets - Providing recommendations for content updates, enhancements, and improvements to the website - Collaborating with internal clients, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand and user experience - Troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues on the website in a timely manner - Providing training and support to end-users on the AEM platform - Staying up-to-date on the latest AEM features and functionalities and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience working as an AEM Content Author, Web Content Manager, or similar role - Strong understanding of web content management systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus EY provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
