- Technical school (or higher) is preferred, although not essential based on experience and knowledge of industry.
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Meet and pass the initial and annual acceptance criteria laid out by the customer.
- Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, train, and support a team in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Must be able to wear a respirator / SCBA mask.
