Required & Preferred Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior standing preferred; GPA of 3.0 or higher is a plus.
• Interest in manufacturing environments, facilities engineering, or plant operations.
• Prior internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
