About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Global Projects Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project plans. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans accordingly. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and issue resolutions. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize project performance. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Conduct quality audits and implement improvements as necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change logs. Utilize project management software to track and report on project performance. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful project outcomes.
