<div>Extreme Construction & Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and dependable <strong>Operational Administrative Coordinator</strong> to support day-to-day office, financial, and operations. This role is essential to keeping the company running smoothly by assisting with accounting functions, AR/AP, payroll processing, job reporting, scheduling, and supporting the General Contractor and management team.</div><div>This position requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a training position with the goal of developing independent office management capability. <br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and field operations </li>
<li> Assist with recording, documentation, and internal communications </li>
<li> Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems </li>
<li> Respond to client inquires via phone and email</li>
<li> Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable</li>
<li> Maintain accurate financial records and job documentation</li>
<li> Assist with maintaining books across multiple entities</li>
<li> Assist with payroll including compliance and reporting processes</li>
<li> Track job costs, work orders, and project billing details </li>
<li> Assist the General Contractor with job documentation and administrative project support </li>
<li> Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and company records </li>
<li> Maintain confidentiality of financial, payroll, and employee information at all times </li>

<li> High school diploma or GED required </li>
<li> 3+ years of experience in office administration, accounting support, or construction operations </li>
<li> Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR experience strongly preferred) </li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, and Word) </li>
<li> Strong organizational and communication skills </li>
<li> Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li>
<li> High level of integrity when handling sensitive financial and employee information </li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Associates degree strongly preferred </li>
<li>Experience with payroll processes </li>
<li>Knowledge of HR compliance</li>
<li>Experience working with multiple sets of books/entities preferred</li>

</ul><div><strong>Work Schedule</strong></div><div>This position is typically scheduled for a <strong>35–40-hour work week</strong>, Monday through Friday. A <strong>4/10 schedule</strong> may be available based on management approval following probationary period.</div><div><br></div><div>Work hours may vary based on operational needs, project deadlines, and meeting requirements. Scheduling flexibility is permitted with prior management approval.<br><br>
