Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in both Ruby on Rails and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance and scalability. You should have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of web frameworks, and the ability to work in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and .NET (C#/ASP.NET). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure high-quality code by writing unit and integration tests. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server. Implement security and data protection best practices. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Maintain and enhance front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development. 2+ years of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) development. Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js is a plus). Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
