UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our design team. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft seamless user experiences and beautiful interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction. What You'll Do: Translate business and user needs into intuitive designs Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Design visually appealing UI elements and interactive components Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation matches design intent Help maintain and evolve the design system and brand consistency Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders with confidence What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role (agency or product-based) Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD, Sketch) Solid understanding of UX best practices, mobile-first and responsive design Experience conducting or assisting with user research Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX skills across web/mobile projects Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Motion/interaction design skills using tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
