Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Exports Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The Exports Manager will oversee the planning, coordinating, and execution of international trade activities. Responsibilities include identifying new export opportunities, developing relationships with international clients, managing shipment logistics, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves supervising documentation processes and staying up to date with global market trends to optimize export operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes
- Skills in market research, sales strategy development, and relationship management with overseas clients
- Proficiency in business communication, negotiation, and teamwork
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Vadodara
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in export management, logistics, or supply chain is highly preferred
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous
