Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Export Executive to manage international shipment operations for chemical/API products. The candidate will be responsible for export documentation, shipment coordination, regulatory compliance, and communication with global customers to ensure smooth export operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and verify export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, COA, DGFT and MSDS.
· Coordinate with CHA agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking, shipment planning, and tracking.
· Ensure compliance with export regulations and international pharmaceutical standards.
· Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, TT payments, and bank submission processes.
· Maintain export records, shipment tracking, and prepare MIS reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, QA/QC) and overseas clients regarding shipment updates and order status.
Regulatory Compliance
· Ensure export shipments comply with customs regulations and Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) guidelines.
· Maintain compliance with global pharmaceutical regulatory standards such as U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and World Health Organization (WHO-GMP) where applicable.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Export Documentation & EXIM procedures.
· Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ERP.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
· Understanding of international trade terms such as Incoterms.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy / Chemistry / Commerce.
