Company Overview: BioTech Industries is expanding its global footprint through strategic market development, strong operational execution, and customer-focused export solutions.
Who We’re Looking For: A dynamic and self-driven professional with a minimum 2 years of experience in export or international business, capable of independently managing and growing the export function end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership of the export department, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations • Drive international business development by identifying new markets and generating leads • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure and client retention • Create and manage content for the export division (product communication, presentations, digital content) • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads for international audiences • Perform data analysis to evaluate sales, campaigns, and market performance • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments • Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless execution • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
Key Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in export / international business development • Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and global trade practices • Hands-on experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads preferred) • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales and client communication • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
