Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Specialist. The job location is "Mesariya Road, Rangpar, Ta. Wankaner, Gujarat.
The Export Specialist will handle day-to-day export operations, including preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with clients and freight forwarders, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering excellent customer service support. The role also involves maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth import and export processes, resolving queries, and managing customer relationships effectively.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end export operations and international trade activities
- Ensure accurate preparation and compliance of export documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business in international markets
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with global clients and partners
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business expansion
🎯 Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in export management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to manage international clients and business relationships
- Willingness to travel internationally, if required
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable products will be an added advantage
