🎯 Role OverviewLead and manage the sales team

  • Drive international & domestic sales growth
  • Convert leads into long-term customers
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade events


πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities


Manage and convert leads from exhibitions, portals, embassies, and direct enquiries

  • Guide and monitor the sales team, assign leads, and track performance
  • Maintain CRM data (ZOHO Bigin preferred) and ensure follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B events
  • Track sales performance and share regular reports with management


🧠 What We’re Looking For Experience in international & domestic B2B sales

  • Strong team handling and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions


πŸ’° Salary: β‚Ή55,000 – β‚Ή70,000 per month + Incentives
