About the job
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute export sales strategies for products like turmeric, chili, and other agri-commodities
* Identify and onboard new international buyers, distributors, and partners
* Manage end-to-end export sales cycle—from inquiry to shipment and payment realization
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with overseas clients
* Track global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and compliance teams for smooth operations
* Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and documentation
* Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
🎯 Requirements
* 1–2+ years of experience in export sales (preferably in spices/agri-commodities)
* Strong understanding of international markets and trade processes
* Existing network of global buyers is a big plus
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of export documentation and compliance
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
