Role Description (PEB EXPERIENCE MUST)
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur for an Export Sales Marketing Manager. The candidate will oversee international business development, identify and engage with potential clients globally while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include researching global market trends, creating tailored marketing strategies, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating export logistics and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Some work-from-home flexibility will be provided as part of this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Export Sales, International Marketing, and trade compliance regulations.
- Strong skills in creating marketing strategies, market research, and business development for global markets.
- Effective communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics to track and optimize exports.
- Prior experience in steel structures, construction, or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle documentation and logistics coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required for meetings and business development opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
