Role Description The Export Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving international sales growth and managing export operations. The role involves identifying and developing new overseas markets, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and International Sales to develop, manage, and grow global customer accounts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export and International Business to oversee cross-border trade operations and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning to create sales strategies, forecasts, and market entry plans that support sustainable growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities in multicultural environments.
- Proven experience in export sales or international trade, preferably in a merchant export or trading company.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, shipping procedures, and trade compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM and office productivity tools; comfort with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a remote, performance-driven setting.
- Additional language skills and familiarity with key global markets are an advantage.
