Roles & Responsibility
Opportunity identification, business generation for institutional sales and key clients in overseas markets for our products or any other products.
Use medium like internet and trade inquiries from embassies for identification of potential clients.
Respond to client queries and complaints & serve as the one point communication with the client.
Co-ordinate with the back office for production, dispatch and any customized requirements from clients.
Give guidance for country specific export regulation with regard to license, customs, packing and shipping.
Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses, restrictions and insurance provisions.
Monitor, record, and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to export activities.
Co-ordinate and manage Merchant Exporters.
Liaison with respective department on legal, financial & product development matters.
Back end support related to participation in international exhibitions.
Any other work assigned by the senior officially.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Export and International Business
- Experience in Sales and International Sales management
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic execution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is preferred
