Role OverviewThe Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international business growth by identifying new market opportunities and managing export sales operations. This role focuses on expanding global presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end export sales processes
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
- Conduct market research and analyze international trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with overseas clients
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely shipments
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation
Qualifications- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business
- Proven experience in Export Sales / International Business
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
