Our client is looking for "Export Sales Manager" for Nagpur/Mumbai location
Level-DM OR Manager or Senior Manager
CTC- 15-25lakhs per annum +Variable
The role reports to Director
Skills Required:
Experience- above 10yrs
Industry Sector- Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Industrial products, Earth movers etc
Excellent Communication skills
Open to travel to international markets as when required(Weekly,Biweekly etc)
Job Description
This position exist ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same. Also maintain knowledge on all competitor activities and execute actions to increase share of business form existing customers.

1 Generating new business and manage existing customers
2 Analysing / Reviewing the market response / requirements and utilizing the data for accomplishments of business goals thereby achieving increased business growth.
3 Business Development involving scanning market opportunities
4 Identifying the potential buyer in all CIS countries with explaining them our trading terms and conditions, negotiating with client on discount structure etc.
5 Travelling to different countries in CIS region to evaluate market and appoint distributors
6 Maintaining accurate customer database for reporting, mailings, and marketing programs
7 Replying to all customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
8 Collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze all export activities and manage all communication with technical departments
9 Participation and promotion in different fairs related with Agriculture, Industrial and Automotive technics in CIS.
10 Maintain all company distributors for all assign territories and forecast all sales volume for various projects for all product range
11 Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for all assign region and facilitate in sales for same
12 Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all export activities and implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives
13 Design all required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on all competitor products
