Arvino is a Jaipur-based jewellery manufacturing and export house specializing in high-quality silver, brass, and fashion jewellery for global brands and retailers. We work with clients across the US, Europe, Australia, and other international markets, offering design development, manufacturing, and end-to-end production solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Export Sales Manager to join our growing international sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day communication with international buyers
• Manage buyer orders in coordination with the production team
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new buyers
• Increase sales with existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship management
• Understand buyer requirements and proactively share new collections/offers
• Ensure regular product developments are shared with buyers to help convert future orders
• Manage complete buyer lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely production and delivery
• Inspect buyer goods before dispatch to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
• Experience in export sales in jewellery/fashion/accessories
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple buyers and orders simultaneously
• Good understanding of production coordination and merchandising
• Self-driven, sales-oriented, and detail-focused
