Hiring: Export Sales Manager – International Business Development
Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Ankur Export is looking for a highly motivated Export Sales Manager to expand our global presence in the Kitchenware, Cutlery, Barware, Houseware, and Petware industries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in identifying new international buyers, generating export business, and successfully closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
- Generate new business through Volza, Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Global Sources, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ImportYeti, and other B2B platforms.
- Analyse import/export shipment data using Volza to identify potential buyers and business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified international leads.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close export orders.
- Develop long-term relationships with overseas customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM, daily sales reports, and buyer follow-up records.
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development.
- Proven experience in generating new international buyers and closing export deals.
- Hands-on experience with Volza, Alibaba, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Global Sources, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B platforms.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, shipping processes, and international payment terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
