🔹 About the Company
Anjani Closures Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of plastic closures, bottle caps, and packaging components, supplying to domestic and global markets. We are expanding our international footprint and looking for a dynamic Export Sales Executive to drive overseas sales, client development, and export operations.
🔹 Role Overview
- The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for international business development, client relationship management, export documentation, pricing, coordination with production/logistics, and achieving export sales targets.
- Ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, or plastics industry exports.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify & develop new international customers across target markets
- Maintain and grow existing overseas customer accounts
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, commercial offers & follow-ups
- Negotiate prices, payment terms (LC, CAD, Advance), and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, QC & logistics teams for timely shipment
- Manage export documentation: invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, etc.
- Track international market trends, competitor pricing & customer requirements
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B portals
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and monthly MIS reports
- Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure high service satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of export procedures, Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CFR)
- Experience in export documentation and basic logistics coordination
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Negotiation & client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and B2B portals (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
- Target-driven & self-motivated personality
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in export sales/export documentation
- Experience in packaging/plastics/closures/industrial products preferred
