Ltd. is an ambitious and rapidly growing export business in Agro, Pharma, Toilet Roll, etc. We are looking for a hard-hitting Export Sales Executive whose sole focus is to hunt for new buyers, onboard them, and drive immediate sales growth. This role is 100% sales-focused, no operations, no admin, just results.
Role Overview:
If you are a natural closer, love cold calling, and thrive in high-pressure sales environments, this is for you. You will identify potential buyers globally, open doors, close deals, and keep the orders flowing.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Aggressively prospect and identify new international buyers through cold calling, email outreach, trade portals, and networking.
2.Pitch our products effectively to decision-makers and convert them into paying customers.
3.Onboard new buyers quickly and secure their first orders.
4.Negotiate terms, pricing, and volumes to achieve maximum profitability.
5.Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets without excuses.
6.Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flow.
Requirements:
1.Graduate or Post Graduate (In Marketing will be preferred).
2.Expert in cold calling and closing deals with overseas buyers.
3.Excellent persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
4.Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven purely by results.
5.Familiarity with Inco terms, export pricing and basic shipping procedures is preferred.
6.Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
