- Research, develop, and manage export business plans and strategies to

- Formulate and execute planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and

- Documentation Management:
- Coordinate and manage essential export documentation, including Bills of
- Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all files and data.
- Customer Feedback and Quality Control:
- Evaluate customer feedback related to product and take corrective action to
- improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or challenges in the export
- process.
- Market Analysis and Sales Growth:
- Monitor global market trends and emerging opportunities to develop strategies
- that increase export sales.
- Analyse competitive landscapes and adapt export strategies to maintain a
- competitive edge.
- Team Support and Development:
- Provide guidance, support to other staff within the organization on export
- processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall export efficiency and
