Role Description The Export Sales Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing international sales across key target markets. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying export opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients and partners, and managing the end-to-end export sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. The role involves conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The Export Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, logistics, and customer support, and will provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
Qualifications
• Handle complete export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List,
Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Shipping Bill, Letter of Credit (LC),
and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and
courier partners for timely dispatch of shipments.
• Prepare and monitor export quotations, Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchase
Orders.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order
execution.
• Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates until successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, FEMA, and other export regulations.
• Coordinate with banks for export documentation, LC negotiation, and export realization.
• Maintain customer records, export databases, and MIS reports.
• Follow up on export payments and outstanding receivables.
• Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and overseas customer
visits.
• Assist the sales team in identifying new export opportunities and distributor development.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination.
• Prepare monthly export performance reports and sales forecasts.
Prefered - Female Candidates only
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in export operations or international sales coordination.
Experience in engineering, packaging machinery, automation, or capital equipment
industries is preferred.
Compensation - Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
