Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing international sales opportunities, managing export inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors. Daily activities include preparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, coordinating order processing with internal teams, and ensuring timely shipment and documentation compliance for export markets. The role involves market research, participation in trade shows or virtual meetings, and regular reporting on sales performance and market trends to support strategic business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including professional email writing, virtual meeting etiquette, and client relationship management.
- Practical knowledge of Export processes, documentation, INCOTERMS, and international logistics.
- Proven experience in International Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
- Background in Sales and International Business, with the ability to understand pricing, margins, and global market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with export ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and coordinate effectively with production, logistics, and finance teams.
- Prior experience in ceramics, building materials, or a similar manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional foreign language skills are an added benefit.
