Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Agra, India, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Export Sales Executive will drive international sales and build B2B client relationships while promoting the company’s footwear products globally. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients in international markets, managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade standards, and maintaining communication with buyers, distributors, and sourcing agents. The role requires understanding export regulations, developing sales strategies for global markets, and meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Export processes, logistics management, and trade compliance.
- Experience in International Sales and Business Development.
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and strategies with a focus on results.
- Understanding of International Business practices and global trade dynamics.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the footwear or export industry is a plus.
