Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Export Sales Executive will manage and grow international customer accounts, handle export inquiries, and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring timely order processing and shipment in collaboration with logistics and production teams. The role involves conducting market research, monitoring competitors, participating in trade shows or virtual buyer meetings, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Export Sales Executive will also work closely with internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and meet sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients.
- Knowledge of Export processes, documentation, and compliance for global markets.
- Experience in International Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understanding of International Business practices, including cultural awareness and global trade norms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in medical devices, surgical or hospital equipment exports is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel internationally when required.
