About Us
LAMSOR Exports is a natural stone export company specializing in premium Indian granite, marble, basalt, sandstone, and slate. We supply to international buyers across the North America, Europe, and Australia. We are expanding our sales team to convert a growing pipeline of qualified international leads into long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. Our marketing team handles lead generation — your job is purely to close. You will receive qualified international buyer leads and be responsible for converting them into confirmed purchase orders through expert follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
This is a high-earning role with uncapped commission tied directly to your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing team and initiate prompt, professional outreach
- Understand buyer requirements and match them with the right stone products, grades, and finishes
- Prepare and present quotations, proforma invoices, and product samples coordination
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery timelines with international buyers
- Follow up consistently through the sales cycle until PO confirmation and payment
- Coordinate internally with operations and logistics for order fulfillment updates
- Maintain an updated CRM/pipeline tracker and submit weekly sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with buyers to drive repeat orders
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 2–5 years of B2B export sales experience (building materials, natural stone, or related commodities preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English — comfort communicating with international buyers over email and WhatsApp
- Familiarity with export documentation: proforma invoices, LC terms, packing lists
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections on price and delivery
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a multi-lead pipeline independently
Good to Have:
- Prior experience selling to Middle East, European, or US buyers
- Knowledge of stone varieties — granite, marble, basalt, sandstone, slate
- Familiarity with CRM tools or structured Google Sheets pipeline management
