Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales professional, based in Delhi, India. The Export Sales professional will be responsible for managing and expanding international sales operations for the company. Key tasks include identifying and developing overseas markets, conducting market research, managing export documentation, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction, while adhering to international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify new business opportunities and analyze global market trends.
- Experience in Export processes, including documentation, compliance, and international trade regulations.
- Proven track record in International Sales and developing strategies to penetrate and grow new markets.
- Working knowledge of Sales practices, including lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry and familiarity with export documentation will be considered a plus.
