1. Plan international sales operations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for each customer.
2. Contact, build trust and build good relationships with foreign customers.
3. Quotation: The coordinating department coordinates with the product department to carry out the sales plan and terms and conditions, and follows up on the status of the inspection from the customer.
4. Solve problems and provide after-sales service. Receive complaints if products do not meet standards. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems professionally.
5. Participate in trade shows both domestically and internationally, prepare exhibition equipment, brochures, product samples, meet with customers, conduct preliminary negotiations, and follow up after the event.
6. Understand food products and country-specific regulations, know the requirements of each country, know quality standards such as BRC, HACCP, ISO22000, Halal, Kosher.
7. Check contracts and legal conditions with foreign customers.
Qualifications
- Male or female, age 22 - 45 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food scient or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in international sales in food industry. (Pet food is preferable)
- Able to travel to exhibit the company's products both abroad and in other provinces. Able to drive a car and have a personal driver's license.
- Can communicate in English at a very good level.
- Have good communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- If you have experience in selling overseas, especially tuna, it will be given special consideration.
