Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales role based in Rajkot. The Export Sales professional will be responsible for expanding international sales by identifying potential global markets, building strong client relationships, and managing export operations. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating with customers, fostering partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination of export processes and trade compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and negotiate with international clients and team members.
- Experience in Market Research to identify opportunities in global markets and understand trends.
- Knowledge of Export operations and compliance, including preparing export documentation and managing logistics.
- Expertise in International Sales and Sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with ceramics or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B or export sales
Prior experience in ceramics, tiles, building materials, or related industry preferred
Hands-on experience with international clients and export procedures
