Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Coordinator located in Panipat. The Export Sales Coordinator will manage daily export operations, including handling export documentation, coordinating shipments and ocean freight, and ensuring timely execution of export orders. The role also involves liaising with customers, maintaining excellent communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. The Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining compliance with export regulations and enhancing the efficiency of export processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Export Documentation and a thorough understanding of export processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating Ocean freight and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with export regulations and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple export tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in logistics or export operations is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in export or sales coordination is highly advantageous.
