LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED EXPORT PROFESSIONAL / CONSULTANT
(Freelance / Part-Time / Per Shipment Basis)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in fresh fruits exports to UAE/GCC, UK, and US markets
• Strong understanding of international trade operations and reefer cargo handling
• Experience in handling shipment execution under strict timelines
• Good supplier, buyer, and logistics coordination skills
• Existing industry network with buyers, freight forwarders, exporters, or pack-houses will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple export activities simultaneously
Engagement Model:
• Part-Time / Freelance / Per-Order Basis
Key Expecatations:
• Buyer coordination, communication, and follow-up with international clients
• Export documentation and compliance handling
• Pricing coordination, shipment planning, and commercial execution
• Reefer container planning, freight coordination, and logistics management
• Coordination with customs brokers, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters
• End-to-end shipment execution and export operations handling
• Coordination with suppliers and pack-houses to ensure quality compliance and timely dispatch
• Monitoring packing, pre-cooling, container stuffing, and shipment timelines
• Negotiation with buyers on pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, and shipment schedules
• Follow-up on payments, shipping documents, and post-shipment coordination
• Ensuring adherence to buyer-specific product specifications, packaging standards, and documentation requirements
• Managing export processes including Phytosanitary, COO, APEDA, and related compliance procedures
