Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for an Export Operations Sr. Executive – Ocean & Air. The role involves managing day-to-day export operations for ocean and air freight. Responsibilities include handling export documentation, supporting clients with superior customer service, and ensuring seamless logistical operations. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export shipments (Ocean & Air) with complete documentation accuracy
- (HBL/MBL, Shipping Instructions, Draft BL, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines & airlines for bookings, schedules, and updates
- Handle pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation and operations
- Work closely with CHA, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure on-time filing, compliance, and seamless cargo movement
- Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolve operational issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in Export Operations (Freight Forwarding industry)
- Hands-on experience in Ocean or AIR Export is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of documentation & compliance procedures
- Good coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
- Only Delhi/NCR-based candidates will be considered
